Emergencies will always be given priority and our support staff will always attempt to contact you if there is any unforeseen delay, or if your doctor has been called away.
PLEASE NOTE: We're a 'COVID safe' local practice. Online bookings are now available. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time and preferred doctor.
Longer consultation times are available, so please ask reception if you require some extra time. If you or a family member require an interpreter service, we can organise this for you.
Please let us know when you make the appointment.

Workers Compensation consultations are charged in accordance with those set by WorkCover Australia and are payable on the day.
The Surgery fee schedule is displayed in the waiting room. In addition, reception staff can advise patients on fees and Medicare rebates with options available for claiming Medicare refunds.
Consumables used in procedures such as skin lesion removals, pap smears and dressings are charged.
Travel-related consultation including vaccinations and pre-employment medicals will attract a fee on the day. Reception staff can discuss these costs with you. These services are not covered by Medicare.
It is essential when making an appointment to advise reception of the likely category required. This will assist the doctors in managing patient waiting times.
If you have any difficulties in paying our fees, please discuss this with us prior to your consultation.
